Each design is made to order, we hold no stock.

Full payment on order, via Paypal or Credit/Debit card. Upon receipt of payment we will commence your order.

Each jacket will take between 4-6 weeks to complete, so please be patient with us, we want to get it perfect.

Hoodies will be available and made via a drop ship format. Dates will be released with a closing date applied. Once the closing date has ended, orders will be produced. Please allow 4-6 weeks from close of drop ship date for delivery.

Fabrics - allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.

 

If you are in a rush and cannot wait, please contact us and we can discuss time scales. There will be additional charges that will apply for rush orders.

Upon completion, your garment is documented at our end for archival purposes and shipped to you via special delivery postal service.

If posting abroad, please allow more time for delivery.

REFUNDS & RIGHTS TO CANCEL

If the garment is faulty upon receipt and proof can be provided, a full refund or replacement will be offered once the jacket has been returned and inspected.

 

If you have told us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your order, you will have another 14 days to return the goods.

A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You do not have to provide a reason.

Bespoke goods are made solely for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.  Upon ordering a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to cover costs.  The remainder of the balance will be expected upon completion of the order. 

Upon final payment, items will be delivered, special recorded delivery using Royal Mail Postal Service or other reliable courier.

SUSTAINABILITY

Kingfly is passionate about ethics and sustainability. We try our best to ensure we are as environmentally friendly as we possibly can be and are always looking at new methods and suppliers who can help us improve our carbon footprint. Bespoke products are produced in house in Yorkshire, using local suppliers and resources. The embroidery threads we use are as environmentally friendly as can be at this time and the fabrics are either deadstock, repurposed or organic. We only produce to order so no stock is held and nothing is made unnecessarily. Sustainability is at he heart of what we do and we are constantly reviewing our processes and methods to continually improve where we can.

PRODUCTION

Production will commence when:

  • Deposit is paid

  • All parties are happy with the design and project specifics.

As a guide to a typical garment related project:

You will email Kingfly an image of the art work/ideas and an image of the garment you wish the embroidery to be applied to. An indication of budget and time is also required.

A free 30 minute consultation will be arranged where we can discuss options in more details, including design, limitations, costs and time frame.

Once both parties are happy, a 50% non refundable deposit is required and you will post the garment to Kingfly, (Huddersfield, UK).

Kingfly will inform you when the garment  has been received. Typically a 4-6 weeks time frame is required upon receipt of the garment. However,  this varies depending on complexity of design, garment and business demands at the time. You will be informed of a more accurate expected time frame during the consultation.

Kingfly will  create a digital visualisation of the embroidery for you to approve. Changes can be made at this stage. (colour, size, placement,  text changes etc).

Upon approval, embroidery will commence on the garment.

Upon completion of the garment, Kinglfy will document for archive purposes and you will pay the remainder of the balance.

The garment will the  be posted to you using Royal Mail services or another reliable courier provider.

The above process is the same for non garment projects, except a garment will not be required.
